1. What enables trusting relationships to develop? How can we build trust in our own school? Why is trust important to a PLC?
2. What can we do when a staff member does not agree with the school culture or become part of a collaborative team?
We need to acknowledge that we are professional and equal as teachers no matter what you teach or do. Along with mistrust comes division. When our faculty becomes divided the whole objective of a PLC is compromised.I think good communication and having an open mind is key. Mistrust breeds gossip,contempt, and pettiness. We can stress less emphasis on what other poeple are or are not doing and focus on ourselves and working together. We are much better than that and it makes coming to work everyday a lot better.Who posted this? Can you copy and paste and add to discussion tab?
